Provided the 'Main Floor Master Plan' and finishing solutions for the renovation and update of this 1970's split level house. Clients acted as general contractors. Complete house renovation, more space needed. Removed Livingroom cathedral ceiling to accommodate a Master Bedroom and Ensuite above, updated the fireplace and opened a wall to include 14 ft of Patio Folding Doors.

We’ve been working with Marylyn since breaking ground of our new home in Collingwood in January 2021 (Covid time). Since we started working with Marylyn on early in the planning stages we save a lot of time and money because of her professional input and planning skills. Marylyn helped revise our architects interior plans to focus on traffic-flow, window placement, and designed millwork throughout the home!
