We have hired Mark over a number of years to perform both general maintenance as well as some important renovations for our house in Hamilton, ON. He has always done a thorough job in many areas such as: roof repairs, vinyl tile installation, kitchen improvements, plaster wall replacement, plumbing and electrical work. He has great attention to detail. We feel that Mark could take on any housing project that may be required.

I hired Mark last November to install laminate flooring. Mark recommended that I could save money on the installation by re-using the carpet under padding, which given he is the expert, I took his advise, but HORRIBLE advise!!! The floors have been lifting and I've been trying since November to get him back to fix his mistake. He provides you with a 3 year warranty on his craftsmanship, yet doesn't follow through to fix his mistake. I keep getting excuses on why he can't come and fix it and even tried to pass the problem off as quality of the product. Because he's not coming to fix his mistake
