Best tile store in the Windsor-Essex county area. Bernie was instrumental in getting the perfect tile for our kitchen reno. The floor and backsplash added the wow factor that we were looking for in our our new custom kitchen. Our installer, Rob, was professional with great attention to detail and every timeline was met or exceeded. Rose's grout choice was a perfect finish. Highly recommend this business!!!

Excellent customer services. We were looking for tile for our 2 new bathrooms and Rose helped guide us through the design process. She was literally our personal designer. Bernie also gave us a great tip on how we should have our contractor set-up the shower faucets. In the end, we could not be more happy with the finished products. We highly recommend Marquis Tile for your next project!

The salesman, purchase, delivery and install and the product was all great. The reason for my 2 stars is based upon my disappointment with there (or they'll say there suppliers) return policy on unopened boxes. I gave the dimensions of my room to the salesman. He calculated the square footage and quantity of boxes i needed to purchase. I had 1 full box left (along with 5 full boards from an opened box). I tried to return the full unopened box and was told due to restocking and shipping i would get $9.00 back. (Yes, nine dollars). The alternative is to put my name on a list and if another customer
