Robson Shadows Campground is located 5 km west of Mount Robson Provincial Park on Yellowhead Highway 16. Mount Robson Lodge is the ideal base from which to explore Mount Robson Provincial Park (the oldest provincial park on the British Columbia mainland). The location is nice and in our case was the closest one to Jasper national park available. The cabins are cozy and the area/campground is right next to a river where you can take some beautiful pics. The traffic noise from the highway is, unlike what some other reviews claim, barely noticeable, and we stayed in the cabin closest to the highway (cabin A) too.
However, this was one of the most expensive places we stayed at during our 3 week vacation in Canada. With nothing really to justify the price other than it being the closest available location to Jasper.
For starters, there's no available

Can only speak for the campground as I've never stayed at the cabins.. but this is one of the best campgrounds I've ever stayed at! The view of Mt Robson was unreal and having the spot right on the beautiful Fraser River was amazing. Highly recommend.

Husband and I stayed in a cabin for 3 days, and couldn’t have been happier! Extremely clean, so cozy and just what we needed! Disconnected and relaxing! The staff is super friendly and helped us find awesome hikes and fishing! Would highly recommend!!

My husband and I stayed in a cottage a few days ago and we absolutely loved it! They are the cutest cottages and they have everything you need! No wifi! No tv! No reception! Some might see that as a downside, but for people who are connected 24/7 for work, it was a huge break and relief! We loved our stay, bed was comfy, water was hot, place was clean! Thank you!!

Really great staff and a nice camping area. Close to city and provincial park as well. Our only dislike was about the quality of campsites as some of them are too small and also the ground is not even. Therefore, if it’s rainy you might find out that half your site is flooded.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable - clean, lots of hot water and everything we needed for our stay. The view of Mt. Robson from the porch was fantastic and the Fraser River runs right by the campground. Our host, Terry, was gracious and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location and great staff. The river campsite are such a treat!
We decided to get married at this location. Our guests love the location as well and were very happy with both the cabins and the campsites. Terry and Jody were super happy to assist with anything we needed and helped make our wedding weekend special.
During the speeches at our wedding one of our event tents flipped due to a random blow of high winds. Jody allowed us to use an indoor location at a moments notice. With out his help the evening would have been over quickly and we wouldn't have been able to celebrate with our

We stayed here over the Canada Day long weekend and oh my goodness what a wonderful experience!!!! The hosts are great, our room was cozy and clean! We definitely plan on coming back and getting a lodge and staying longer! The view is spectacular and the lack of service on our phones allowed us to get off the grid for a few days which was much needed! Thank you for a wonderful time, can’t wait to visit again!! For vegetarians- bring your dinner/ extra food as there are not many places around.

We camped at site 15 and we did not want to leave the campsite for a couple days .The view of THE MOUNTAIN was just too beautiful. The campsite is just on the bank of Fraser River. I didn't pay attention to any amenities because of the beautiful surroundings.
