We assess, cast, manufacture, fit and adjust your hand crafted custom made orthotics in our Laboratory On-Site. Your othotics can be made in as soon as 2 days after your initial biomechanical evaluation and gait assessment. Footwear Modifications such as a lift (to account for a leg length difference) or buttress (to increase shoe stability and base of support).

A Canadian Certified Pedorthist is a specialized foot care professional. A Pedorthist has extensive training in casting and orthotic manufacture; fitting and adjusting custom made orthotics; modifications to and fitting of footwear; footwear analysis; injuries, abnormalities and systemic conditions affecting the feet; gait analysis and range of motion testing of the lower legs and feet.

What a difference in my level of pain with my new orthotics. My first pair had been made with a different provider. They used a scanner and this was sent out to a lab for the orthotics to be made. With my foot problems I had frequent trips back with minimal results.
Then I found Grace. A very detail evaluation and exam. She made the molds for my orthotics and she made my new orthotics. She diagnosed my issues and it certainly was reflected in the fit. I cannot believe that properly fitted orthotics could make that much difference in my pain level and comfort.

Grace was very helpful and professional! I received new orthotics from her and she made sure to customize my orthotics to meet my needs. Following hip replacement surgery I was left with a leg discrepency. I was devastated. Grace was able to fit me with a shoe lift on my first visit. This really helped with my recovery. She worked deligently with my insurance companies and was very transparent with the whole process. I apreciated her follow up contact to make sure eveything was going well. I needed an adjustment to my orthotics which she was able to do right in her office. I will definitely be coming back for my orthopedic shoes and orthotics. Thank you Grace.

I came to Personal Best to address an issue with a problem with my arches. Grace was very professional and explained thoroughly my problem and how she could help. After my orthotics were made, I had two adjustment appointments to get the right fit and I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Personal Best. It is also important to note that it is essential to follow her instructions on how to adjust to your new fit and also it is vitally important if they do not fit well immediately to follow-up with additional appointments. It is worth it!

My husband and I both recently purchased new orthotics. I also bought shoes for work as well, they fit the orthotics perfectly and are very comfortable. We were very happy with the service and the whole process. Our feet are now feeling much better and pain free! Grace did a wonderful job and is very knowledgeable! Grace is amazing! Honestly the best quality orthotics I have ever owned. Grace is very personable and her attention to detail is top drawer. This is the second year I have visited her for orthotics and compression socks. I will only see Grace for my need from now on. I highly recommend her as the other orthotics I have had in the past are substandard.

I am very content with the thorough assessment performed by Grace. She took her time with my initial consultation such as examining my feet (and my heel pain) and the way that I walked. She provided a solution for my heel pain which were customized orthotics. I was very pleased that my orthotics were completed within one week. I wear them daily and my heel pain has gradually improved!

Grace is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She made me my first pair of orthotics, which I didn’t even realize I needed.
