When I called he came over within a couple of days! He is respectful, comes with a notebook, pen, tape measure, and a ladder. Basically what I’m saying is he is well prepared to get the measurements and listens to what I want, but not shy about giving suggestions! Soon as he got the material he did the job in record time!

I came across “Top to Bottom” by shear accident after I needed repairs to a new roof installed by another party who ignored the mess I was left with. The metal roof was a disaster which I was sure that no one would be able to repair. But Abe from “Top to Bottom” came to my rescue.
