They slapped the RV together and left many things needing cosmetic repair. They came out once and have not come back out to fix the issues. Everything from exterior cracks, to chuncks of wall they dented, to uneven Trex decking. They dropped off the decking and have not installed it. I cannot reach anyone at silvercrest or get anyone to call back. It seems they are trying to "run out the clock" on our one year warranty. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I agree with Monique Stewart, a recent one-star reviewer! This company “slaps together” a manufactured home and then the purchaser has to “chase” them down to get anything repaired. My heating/ac unit (called a PTAC) was not properly wired. Champion (certainly a misnomer) sent a technician to look into the matter and all they did was reset it. They did not take the unit apart to see what the problem actually was. It took a 3rd party contractor to find the problem and repair it. Six weeks of cold weather and extreme heat and Champion essentially did nothing!

Solid, Just Solid!! I visited several MFG home dealers in southern california, Silvercrest houses didn't squeak when I walked in them. Enough Said.
I was @ Mr Chow in Beverly Hills and I was talking about real estate. I pointed out that my business partner and I Installed a Silvercrest house in Malibu, I told him where it was he says "I'm very familiar with that house, Very familiar. It's Beautiful" we felt happy very happy with our decision.
