Favourite place to go for my nails (always w/Sandy) pand now I’m gonna try to do carbon peel. Hopefully it works well too so exciting.

I had the most amazing experience here. The ambience was good and the ladies were so welcoming. I was having a bad day but left feeling well waxed and happy.
Sandy was especially sweet and friendly. She made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back and would recommend this place to my friends

Friendly staff but quality of the service wasn't good. Staff did not have light hands and was aggressive which resulted to some bruises on my fingers. Pedicure was also mediocre and the polish wasn't clean cut.

Very professional and a complete experience from the beginning! They have very strict COVID protocols which made the visit super comfortable. Jasmin was very good at keeping you company and explaining everything!

I attended Anava Esthetics Studio earlier this week in preparations for my upcoming wedding. What can I say and where should I start! This has been by far the BEST spa experience I have received till date. Nancy and Sandy were nothing but cheery and welcoming from the time I arrived and throughout the spa treatment. They made me feel comfortable, relaxed and provided me with that "at home feeling".
With the current Covid-19 pandemic in place, Anava was very clean and safe to attend. All staff and customers were wearing masks and the staff took extra measures to ensure that sanitizing was taking

Amazing service, COVID had really kept me from getting my brows done but it felt so good to come back to this wonderful staff and get all my treatments done again!! I love how they accommodate my schedule and always take out the time to teach me about the services I am getting, they’re very truthful and always recommending new products that are well suited for my skin type. They have immense knowledge in their line of work.

Poor Customer Service.

I called to attempt to make an appointment for a massage, which is listed as one of the offered services on their website. I was told that they didn't know when I could come for one, as the massage therapist was on vacation. I asked when she would return, and they did not know. They told me I could text her and ask...

Not quite what I'm looking for in terms of ease of booking. Thankfully there are lots of other massage therapists in the area with better communication skills, for ease of booking.

Rushed and didn't last - shellac mani lasted for 3 days before they all started chipping.
The lady who booked me in didn't leave enough time for the appointment before closing and I was told that they would finish my mani/pedi but the whole time she's like have you picked your colour? You should pick now etc and was really speedy with little thought put in to suggest colours. Was quite heavy handed with the cuticle trimmer it hurt on a few fingers.
I have been to quite a few nail spas before and while this place was nice and clean, I don't think I would go back again, not even with Groupon pricing

I really appreciate how accommodating they are and they are willing to come in on days off just to accommodate my lengthy appointments and are always able to fit me in when I need. Also, they make honest suggestions just not to upsell but to actually better my skin concerns that is budget friendly by giving me different options that work to my budget. Also, not pushy at all to make me buy things. They have great fresh coffee (Nespreso or Keurig I think) and even feed me. On your way out make sure you grab some chocolates they are super addictive and I always look forward to them. Really appreciate

I actually got some sparkles- yes im a straight guy!
I would highly recommend these ladies for manicure and pedicures and they cater so well to
Couples.
And the best thing was they served us wine while they worked on our feet!

I had an amazing experience here when I came to get my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted and an eyebrow wax. The facility is very clean and inviting, and the staff are friendly and professional. I had the owner (Ana) the first time I came in and she did a wonderful job. She was very good about making sure I was comfortable and that I did not end up with tint in my eyes. They have products for sensitive skin and eyes which I really appreciate.

I also came for a lower leg wax in an "emergency" situation and they were very accommodating and did a wonderful job!
