The best car shop in town! Very pleasant staff to deal with! Ben went above and beyond for me when i was in a hurry to get out of town, he squeezed me in and made my day. I would probably drive seven - to eight hours out of my way just to deal with these guys...

During the busiest times of the year, they always managed to fit in my most urgent needs, as well as took time to assess and advise me on my varying car issues.

These guys were awesome to deal with! I'm in Winnipeg but my son broke down out near Vernon. They could have told me just about anything and I'd have believed them and paid the bill, however the repair was simple and affordable. Hats off to Civic Auto repair for running a business with honesty and integrity!

The service, quality and true care of both vehicles and customers from this shop has been unmatched in my lifetime. Cam and Ben go above and beyond for their customers. My pizza truck needed a custom exhaust and I couldn't make it back to Nelson to take it to another shop. This A-Team did all of this work in house, and went out of their way to bring Big Blue to it's best condition yet. I've only lived in Nelson for a short while and both Ben & Cam have made me feel welcome. They are trustworthy and their recommendations have kept my car running like new. Civic auto is a great shop, with excellent honest service and great technicians, they are always fair and very easy to work with when you need something fixed. You can always trust that they'll get the job done right and tell you about anything they see that comes up along the way. They always seem to inspect things very thoroughly. Definitely a few very trustworthy and skilled mechanics. Recommend every time

Im new to Nelson and needed my vehicles servicing, Civic was recommended by a few people so i went to see Cam and the boys....was not disappointed!
