Our bodies work best when our muscles are relieved from tension and stress. Respectfully understand that scheduling an appointment involves a reservation of time specifically for you, therefore, we please ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice if cancelling or rescheduling.

Manual Osteopathy was discovered and developed by Dr. Andrew Still in 1874. Dr. Still rejected classical medical practices and harmful chemicals in favor of preventive medicine. He believed in treating the patient as a whole and utilizing osteopathic manipulative treatment to improve the body's ability to heal itself and return to normal function.
Your auto insurance covers you for a minimum of 10 chiropractic treatments for minor injuries under the Alberta Diagnostic Treatment Protocols Regulation. Chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture treatments for minor injuries are billed directly to your insurance company. You do not have to submit receipts for reimbursement.

Meena is truly wonderful! She knows the human body inside and out!! After visiting another chiropractor in the area for months and not seeing much improvement, I switched to Meena (after multiple recommendations). I am so happy that I did!! She identified the complicated issues I was facing (that were overlooked/missed by the previous chiropractor) and I am now on the road to recovery. I would highly recommend Meena! She is much more than your typical bone cracking chiropractor.

Been coming here for 8 years and have had the pleasure of seeing many of their therapists and Dr. Narayan. Not only have I never had a bad experience; today I received, hands down, the BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life. Massage therapist Nalini Narayan is INCREDIBLE and you would be lucky to have her. She has the ability to read her clients and treat them accordingly. Pro tip: always go for Nalini’s offer of cupping. ALWAYS.
