They aren't helpful if you have a boat they don't support.
Negative stars. There is guys on kijiji that can rebuild your outboard and set up your bilge pumps and reglass your boat for a reasonable rate where these people have no idea about anything marine or aquatic

We bought our Heyday WT Surf from Brendon in the spring. When my brother and I picked up the boat, he went thru the whole boat and every detail with us, it felt tedious at times. However, we joined a Heyday Facebook page and were blown away by how the majority of people didn't learn about their boat from their dealer. Even over the phone he was able to help us out with some of the issues (warranty related) we experienced with the unit. When we took it in for the first service, weren't thrilled to get it back with a broken ballast valve and a few minor repairs not done. Discussed with Jean in the

Was probably the worst experience I’ve had in my life on buying something from a dealer so I’ll keep it as short as I can and won’t be able to fit it all in.
I purchased a used 2007 Bayliner for $27000.00 from Shipwreck in February 2021. My salesman-Brendan. Quote was done wrong three times. Finance-Cheryl. Unorganized, pushy and with a take it or leave it attitude. 4 calls to get information just for financing. Bill of sale was done wrong three times with incorrect information. Re-signed and dropped off twice. Third time finance company just excepted the error as minor. Salesman sent wrong

I came here with my family to get a fishing boat , and we had a limit on our boat we ended up liking the brand bay liner looked into it and heard it wasn’t a great brand .
The guy who helped my family his name is Ryan he’s very nice and understanding on our limit on our budget and we ended up liking a brand star craft and fell in love with the boat.

Amazing Customer Service , The guy who helped me named Ryan , he’s very helpful , easy going . I was looking for a boat that’s a decent price not knowing much about boats (first time getting a boat) , and went out of his way and showed me other brands of boat and acknowledge me more about them .

I was in the market to buy a new boat and thought I'd check these guys out. However upon arriving we were greeted at the door with a sign that read "if your not fully vaccinated please wear a mask". Well we turned around and left, as last I checked the mask mandate in Alberta is over. It worked out in the end, we went to Leduc and bought a nice boat. I guess in the end it all worked out for everyone, I got my boat, and they didn't have someone who doesn't wear masks enter their store....

Absolutely the worst service ever experienced. We purchased a new Heyday Surf boat in 2020 and our boat was required to go back for warranty repairs after the 2020 season and was returned to Shipwreck in September of 2020. At this point June 14, 2021 we still haven't had our boat returned to us. They are unable to answer any questions in regards to the status and or when the boat will be returned to us.
STAY AWAY from Shipwreck as this was a awful experience from start to finish.
We had also purchased a pontoon boat from Shipwreck in 2015 and the experience was positive not sure what happened

This was my first boat purchase, I shopped several dealerships and found that I was the most comfortable at Shipwreck marine. No pressure to buy and an honest willingness to accommodate the customer's needs. The main reason for my review comes from my interactions with Brendan Fingler, he has tons of experience as both a tech and salesperson. I had mind numbing questions for him over a period of months that were all answered courteously and professionally, all of my needs were always his and their first priority and anything I needed the dealership was more than accommodating. I recommend this
