No matter where you are in the process of building your home, we will work with you using our exceptional knowledge and experience in construction to ensure your dream comes true.
We can work with you during this process and can help in many ways along with our favourite real estate brokers that can aid in finding unlisted properties and a perfect lot of your ideal home. We work very closely with our favourite architects who would love to assist you. They offer a pre-feasibility survey on the land which has come in useful many a times!

We can not speak highly enough of Brian, James and their crew with Cook Custom Homes. Prior to starting our new home we had heard nothing but horror stories about building on an acreage property. This was not the case for us at all. Our process with them was smooth sailing from day 1. Brian was very involved with every step of the build and would give us as much time and attention as we needed to discuss ideas, pricing, etc.

Cook Custom Homes constructed an outdoor kitchen to tie into our existing covered deck. From the beginning of the planning stage, during construction and to the final completion, everything was seamless. Brian Cook was always available with any questions or concerns we had. The trades were always professional and did a fantastic job. This addition to our home looks as though it was constructed with our home and not added 3 years later. The roof was tied into the existing covered deck without issue, the stone and stucco match perfectly and the cedar ceiling looks amazing! The landscaping and flooring

We hired Cook Construction to develop our unfinished basement a few years ago. We found Brian Cook to always be a straight shooter, down to earth and would make suggestions that took our ideas to another level. All stages of the development process from room planning to picking out the finishing touches were seamless and hassle free. If we were unhappy with anything (which rarely happened), he would make it right immediately.
Since our basement was so beautifully finished, many of our neighbours have reached out to Cook Construction as they want a similar experience and quality of work completed
