My parents came to Austin Jewellers to purchase a birthday gift for me back in June and I was nothing but pleased with what I received! They got me two pairs of earrings: some gorgeous rose gold hoops and a pair of cat earrings. The earrings were made from high quality materials, are sturdy and very beautiful. I will definitely be returning to this local shop in the future, perhaps for an engagement ring some day? ☺️ No need to head into Calgary when a great jewellery shop is right here in town!

Amazing customer service! They have a text feature on their website and they are always super quick to reply. After seeing a picture of something I liked on Instagram Mariane responded to me, looked into different options and ordered all without me having to leave my house. Elyse and Wayne have been a pleasure to work with, Austen Jewellers is very well known for their impeccable customer service and they did not disappoint! I was helping my dad get a bracelet for my mom and Elyse was fantastic in sending me options and helping to make sure the sizing was right. Then Wayne went the extra mile and went to my parents ta house to drop it off in person! Talk about first class service!!! Excellent place to go for all your jewelry needs! I went today to get a watch resized and in doing so they cleaned my rings for me and didn’t even charge me for the watch resize. Super friendly and extremely clean in there too. I have been here a few times and have always found this. Small-town politeness and ethic. Would highly recommend
