The day before my daughters appointment to have a tooth worked on that was bothering her, I got a call from the office telling me they need to reschedule her appointment as they had another patient who needed a longer appointment. Keep in mind I had already confirmed her appointment and booked the time off work! I told them that this was was very unfair! How could they give away a appointment I had already confirmed! Was my daughter not as important as this other person? I had to explain to them that it was hard getting the time off work that she needed to come!! Just so I could keep her appointment

Had a good cleaning, no complaints there took 2 or 3 visits. Needed a wisdom tooth out, had to leave deposit to see a specialist and get anesthesia, probable cost around 2k. Went for second opinion and had it pulled for 150 bucks the same day I went in and was back at work in 2 hours. Deposit gladly left behind.
