I went in the store to check availability of a slipper I purchased before and the girl tells me they are on back order and not sure when it will come in. I asked her if I can’t give them my name and number and call me when the order comes in and she told me they can’t do that because it would be to many people to call. What kind of customer service is that? I’ve dealt with higher volume stores who were happy to get the sale. I purchased the same slipper in my size on Amazon. Employees like her are driving customers to Amazon

Sales associate was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind.
Disappointingly low selection for men’s shoes, especially casual Finn Comforts. Out of the few pairs that I did like, they didn’t have my size in stock. The sales person said that the stock on their website is the same as in store, so I recommend checking there before visiting the store. New stock for the fall is coming soon apparently.

I waited in line for my turn and the girls in the store were very rude!! I asked for their assistance for what shoe or make best fits a wide foot and the girl said "I don't know depends on what you want" There was actually a customer in the store who answered my question. The sales girl continued to be rude so I left without purchasing anything and will make sure to let others know what to expect from this experience!! Very disappointed.

I don't shop nor pay for items on line... I called the store and they didn't seem to want the sale. I asked to do it over the phone and was told it was better to do it on line. They just gave up a $555.00 (plus tax)order of Mephisto sandals. I will no longer shop there, prior to this I spent at least 500.00 a season. They really should consider their clientele.

Very disappointed with their return policy . Two months after purchase of winter boot ( 200.00$ ) the sole of one boot dislodged . Contact store..I was not well received . They took the boot back and glued the sole back ( I could do that ). At the very least, they should have given a refund and back their product . There are consumer laws which guaranty a product, especially after Two Months . I would suggest that you avoid buying from this store as their return policy is a total failure .

BEWARE OF ONLINE PURCHASE OF ON SALE ITEMS
Should have paid more attention I guess. Next time it's buyer beware. Ordered a pair (my size) of new Sperry Topsiders but they did not fit when they arrived. It would have been an easy exchange since I live 15 minutes from the store. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO EXCHANGES.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff and lots of quality footwear. What more can you want? Competitive pricing? They have that too!
They're also taking safety precautions seriously. All staff were wearing masks, there's hand sanitizer upon entry and they have plexiglass at the cash.

The customer service is not good at this store. If you are going to return shoes please make sure that you keep the box, contents of the box, receipt and the tape that closes the box or you will not get a refund. The manager will not compromise, the rules are the rules. I will not shop here again.

I used to go to Smiths Shoes in Smiths Falls because they had wonderful merino wool socks. But now I need to wear compression socks so I sought a more local source for great footwear. I have bought German-made sandals at Solea, 3 pairs now, walking shoes, and several pairs of winter boots. They know their stuff. When I leave there I have footwear that fits properly and the staff have known right away what variations to try.

This store is amazing & beautiful. As soon as I walked in, I felt like this was my kind of shoe store, energetic, bright and full of colour. The staff were very friendly & helpful as I tried on so many shoes that I thought maybe I would wear out my welcome (no pun intended), yet no one seemed to mind. The selection was fantastic & the prices were comparable to anything I found on the internet & other stores BONUS!!!. After a long day at work, I get really sore feet in most sandals that I wear, but these Finn Comforts I bought were so comfortable that I can't stop raving about them.
