The reviews are fake or paid. They are an awful company with disgusting “customer service” . They don’t answer emails unless you follow up with them. Only to receive a cold response from Jason, their rep. Total disregard for people that put money in your pocket. That’s if you’re still making any with your bad attitude that is 🙄.
Edit: they will try to say it’s fake. It’s not they have no good customer service skills and thank goodness I didn’t book them for my wedding. Why would all the bad reviews be fake and the good ones real?

Booked a limo for a concert back in March. The booking and planning all went well with Jason. They needed a credit card up front to book so I paid. I cancelled a month prior to the event and was told it would be no problem, and that I would be reimbursed on the next workday. I mentioned I would use their services again as the experience up until this point went well. I still have not been reimbursed for this booking, 4 months after the fact. I cannot get a hold of anyone in the office, e-mails are ignored. I'd give you 0 stars if I could. Next step is the better business bureau. Do the right thing

I hired them for my date. And it was a fascinating experience. The car was full fresh. The interior was super clean. She was pretty much amazed after seeing my arrangement. The driver was very polite and informative. The trip was a swift one. Even the pricing was lesser than other service. Will highly recommend to hire them.

The best service I have ever received. I have bin dedicated to my go to company for over 5 years but after some issues had to try out infinity limousine. What I always thought of being exquisite service turned out to be nothing in comparison to the service I got from infinity limousine. The driver was very presentable and punctual he catered to all my needs. Limousine was immaculate and definitely detailed before pick up. Over-promised, under-delivered service! I called and asked if I could get a car to Montreal "right away". They said yes. They lied. After half an hour, the car had not arrived. I called and asked about the ETA. I was told that "right away" actually meant 20 minutes. Really? An hour later, the car had still not arrived. When I called to find out why, they did not pick up the phone or call me back after I left a message. They were clearly ignoring me. The driver could not find my address so I had to go meet him on the street. He was nice, but had trouble with directions (in Ottawa) once we did get

I have to say im really, really impressed with their service. We used 26 sedans from Infinity Limousine for 13 days and have no issues. The cars were clean, the chauffeurs were on time and really pleasant to deal with. Jason was very helpful and always easy to reach when we had to make changes to our schedule. We called few companies before booking and felt the most comfortable with Jason. I would highly recommend!!!

Hired for a wedding and had 3 drivers throughout the night. Each driver was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended and will definitely use again in the future! Jason was great to deal with when setting up the itinerary for the night. When looking for a limousine company, Infinity was the only one that I felt really wanted my business. Thanks again!
