If you have a non-emergency and would like to seek medical attention when we are not available, please book an appointment at the Ontario Virtual Care Clinic (seethedoctor.ca). This is supported by Ontario Health, OntarioMD and the Ontario Medical Association.

The “manager” at this location should not be working in any customer facing role. She is rude, abrasive, and has no concept of customer service. When asking a simple question, she becomes irate, raises her voice, and is defensive. When asked to speak to someone else about her behaviour, she says there isn’t anyone, so it is what it is. If I could give negative stars, I would. I will never return to this location because of her and I will be advising everyone I know not to go there!!!!

If I could write 10/10 stars I would. Save yourself from going to any other clinic in London, ON if you want to get the best service that this city has to offer. Extremely fast service, great doctors, and you can do all your booking on the website prior to showing up so that you don't have to fill out any paperwork. I know I am not going anywhere else now that I have discovered this place.

I went in for an xray and ultrasound and found that the entire experience to be very nice. The receptionist was quick, efficient and friendly. The technicians were very friendly, professional and worked quickly. I was in and out without a single issue. Wish all my medical experiences were this good. Well done, thanks!

Very bad place reception girls are disrespect gives wrong appointments date. They are interrupt me when I talk on the phone and keep lying. I talk to My doctor doesn't care and usually when I need something from told me go to goggles and do research. I call her goggles doctor thanks go i found a good doctor

Angie was a our secretary... She was rude and meddling with my business. My daughter had leukemia and was treated in Toronto At Sick Kids oncology team. Very good hospital and great staff. I feel at this clinic her secretary Angie was rude and called me with a rude message tone which was filled with sarcasm. Anyway thank God I'm moving so we don't have to come back. Not a great experience. Not recommended!
