Established in 1986, Kelsey Paving Ltd. was created by Kelsey's father. With over 50 years' experience, Kelsey's father passed down his knowledge and eventually the business to Kelsey. He stays involved with the business as a consultant and most importantly a mentor. Currently, the company maintains a staff of around 10 employees and can accommodate jobs of any size.
