Located on Hwy 35 South, Nipawin Motor Inn & RV Park is a friendly place to stay, your home away from home. Paul and Katie Martens own this family oriented business. We are one of the few inns in the area to also offer an RV park with a huge parking lot. Our rooms are continually upgraded and our staff is available 24/7 to answer all your questions, before and during your stay.

All of our rooms have new pillow top mattresses, flat screen TVs, and are 100% smoke free. Nipawin Motor Inn & RV Park has BBQs around the motel to use, fire pits, and picnic area. We also have ten kitchenette rooms with extra amenities, and a cabin to stay in as well. Ask our front desk staff about our golfing packages to enjoy in the local area.

A friend and I stay here every year when fishing Tobin lake. Rooms are decent and the one we stayed in had a kitchenette. There is a Co Op grocery store next door as well as a Tim Horton's.
There is a cabin as well. We try to get it if available. It is decent in size and comes with two bunk beds in the bed room.
The motor inn is within driving distance of a few boat launches. The closest being in the park on the edge of town. And the farthest being at the Tobin Lake Resort a thirty minute drive.
Paul and Kate are the wonderful owners of the motel. And can answer your questions.

Paul and his family are absolutely amazing. My husband has come here for 6+ years for work and has come home raving about the Paul and the Motor Inn. I had the pleasure of coming here for the first time and he was absolutely right. The rooms are immaculately clean, has a very homey feel and you can see the pride Paul puts in the place. The rooms are spacious have a functioning kitchenette for my husband to eat a healthier meal instead of always eating in restaurants. The Motor Inn has a great value for the fair price.

Paul is an amazing individual. Let us stay at his RV park off season while on a trip from BC to buy a home. Very accommodating and personable. Will definitely recommend him and his place to all my Fishing and Hunting Buddies!

A paradise for snowmobiling. Tim Hortons is right beside, big grocery store and gas bar are 2 min walk. Dairy queen is a 3 min walk. Rooms are clean, affordable and spacious. Groomed trails go right past the hotel. Owner is friendly and accommodating.
