Scott has performed multiple inspections for us, both commercial and residential. He is very thorough and professional and his inspections are invaluable in identifying potential issues with properties. Reporting is excellent, lots of photos and description of the property condition. We highly recommend Square Box and will return for our next property purchase.

Scott saved me from buying a money pit. He was kind, punctual, professional and explained everything in a down to earth manner. His inspection report was very thorough. I have a friend who is an expert contractor look over the report and advised me NOT to buy the house because it needed SO much work. Best $400 I ever spent, I’d be happy to use him again for my next inspection.

Scott was very prompt and responsive throughout the home inspection process (July 2020). Very accessible through phone or texts for queries before and after inspection report (very detailed with lots of pictures) was provided to us. He was on site for the inspection for more than 2 hours and provided patient and detailed explanations to queries. He gave us the confidence to move forward with the home purchase. We recommend his services.

So the size of those windows were very good. He also said that the oil tank (2.36 mm thick, steel, indoor with oil line at the bottom) will need to be replace next year but this tank is good until 2031. Moreover I sent him a

We bought our house about a year ago, and our realtor suggested Scott inspect, after another inspector fell through. I was wary of taking her suggestion, and should have taken my feelings more seriously.
Scott missed a large amount of pretty significant problems, only highlighting some surface level and minor issues with the house. Once he was at the house he, he did not get on the roof (though his website says he does that) and we have recently discovered some thousand $$ of work to be done up there as well. He also claimed he could not see how the house is insulated, missing a door in the closet
