A Real Property Report (RPR) is a legal document which shows the location of visible improvements relative to property boundaries. This document is used by real estate buyers, sellers, money lenders and municipalities.
An RPR contains an illustration of the property showing various improvements as well as a written statement detailing an Alberta Land Surveyor's opinions or concerns when it comes to issues like encroachments or possible conflicts down the road.As a buyer, getting an RPR on a property being purchased is very important because it will show you what you are buying as well as any problems you are inheriting.

The process of subdividing a piece of property, whether it be separating a single lot in to 2 lots, adjusting a boundary between 2 lots or creating a 200 lot subdivision has several steps. The team at Hagen Surveys can guide you through the application and planning process all the way to having a survey plan registered at the Land Titles Office creating new titles to the properties.
A Site and Topographic Survey is a survey plan which shows visible improvements on a property in relation to the property boundaries. This plan also shows geodetic elevations through out the site. This plan is used for obtaining development permits, design of new structures and storm water management plans and so on.
