Critical: Professionalism
After almost 20 yrs claims free they refuse to renew my policy because of the there inability to read and understand a marine survey.the broker turnover and follow thru is ridiculous When asked for a contact to escalate thru the insurance company, response was basically can't help you. Xustomer service non existent.

No response for several weeks now. Tried by phone and email. Not sure if this company still exists.
In the past brokers don’t seem to stay long and it’s always been difficult getting in touch with anyone but this time it’s just impossible.
The website has also had a security error for the past few weeks so that isn’t any help.
Terrible rates lately. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Rates are decent but the brokers are consistently unavailable. You're required to chase them down for your paperwork and you're lucky if you ever hear back. Often times I was forced to ask the receptionist to take care of my issues because my assigned agent wouldn't get back to me.
Funny enough, I'm waiting for paperwork now to ensure my policy is not renewed and is cancelled. I've been waiting 2.5 weeks now, sent multiple emails, left voicemails and even text messages with 0 response. This is why I have chosen to take my business elsewhere.
I would not recommend.
