First impression was great but ended up not very well.
Was there to transfer ownership of vehicle as the seller recommended this location. Raymond at first was very professional, courteous and eager to help. He even lend the seller screw drivers to remove his old plate upon knowing he did not have any tools with him.
Things went the other way when we told Raymond we wish to not have comprehensive and collision included for a 10+ year old car. He then told us to not come back and go to another insurance broker next time. After the paperworks were done, we asked him politely if we could also borrow

Very bad service ever!!! I bought the home insurance three months ago at this insurance company. But for some reason, I need to cancel it. I email them and they promised there would be a refund mailing to me directly from the Wawanesa insurance. After two months, I still didn't get anything back from them. I emailed and phoned several times, but there is not any useful response. They even not picked up the phone and always say they were busy. I still didn't get my refund back which is around 1000 dollars. I required to contact with Wawanesa insurance directly at first, but they mentioned I can

I'm in agreement with all of the other 5 star reviews of King Insurance. I saved A LOT of money coming here, as I anticipated much higher costs. I recently moved from Seattle to Vancouver and once I had my RIV inspection completed a few minutes away at Canadian Tire, the licensing and insurance process was so quick thanks to Ka Hing. She took the time to determine my personal situation and insurance needs, and I will now be their long-term customer. I am also grateful that they welcome walk-ins, and in my case, I had zero wait time. Their name, "King Insurance" also reminded me of Seattle's King

In a panic, I was a day late and my car insurance expired 😩. I Googled insurance places near me and came upon King Insurance (based on location and reviews). Their website had an online form for renewals, filled the form with my information and literally not even 10 minutes, Ka Hing called me.
Definitely that was a fast response time!
We discussed everything about my policy over the phone and it took less than 10 minutes also.
Ka Hing showed friendliness, professionalism and a great knowledge of the policy terms.
To top it all off, I’m sure this isn’t done often....she offered to drop
