Dr. Cain takes the time to explain what the issue(s) treatment will be and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Cain takes the time to make kids feel safe and answer any questions they have. Dr. Cain is good at reading kids and knows when to explain what will happen so the child is calm and relaxed. We've been going to Dr. Cain for a number of years now.

Two years ago I had a surge in my back. My chiropractor that I usually came to was on vacation. I found this clinic.
I had a strong pain and wanted to know what was going on. A.Cain was very impatient and told me that I was asking too many questions. He didn't understand I was under stress and my thinking abilities were not great at the moment that was why I asked some questions maybe twice.
I decided to find another doctor and was pretty happy I didn't buy the whole package.

The front staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Cain has a very good system . Each patient has its own profile , after each adjustment Dr.Cain will make notes on it, super organized and professional. Very impressed! I just brought in my 7 years girl who complains neck pain , Dr . Cain is so good with kids , adjustment for kids is more gentle with different techniques.

I very much enjoy coming into the clinic. Dr. Cain is very professional and the staff is really friendly. I first came into the clinic because I fell down the stairs, my lower back was hurting and my feet arches felt weird every time I went walking down the stairs. The first time I went there, they made an overall assessment of my body with x-rays and other tests. Dr. Cain and his staff are great, they are very friendly, polite and work fast. Throughout my treatment Dr. Cain educated me on how the spine impacts other parts of the body and why it is important to healthily maintain the spine. Dr. Cain laid out and clearly explained the treatment process I would be undergoing and within my first few adjustments my back was feeling better as well as the rest of my body started to feel better. Dr. Cain’s clinic is very clean and pleasant. While the receptionists are polite and friendly. The efficiency of the clinic is noteworthy, as I never had to wait for long periods of time for my appointments - they are very direct and not time consuming.
Not only do I appreciate how Dr. Cain took his time in explaining the cause and effects of his findings, but he also made sure that I understood how the proposed treatments are going to help me. I've been dealing with chronic back pain for years dealing with different chiropractic clinics before finally visiting Fish Creek Chiropractic clinic. I highly recommend Fish Creek Chiropractic. Dr. Cain and staff are very friendly and always welcoming. I suffered from daily neck and lower back pain for years and am happy to report that with Dr. Cain's help I no longer have daily pain. They are very thorough with creating an individualized treatment plan that includes more that just chiropractic adjustments. There flexible schedule is a bonus!
