Once the city confirmed the water leak was on our side, Special T came the following week, used the hydro vac with minimal damage to yard and didn’t have to deconstruct our retaining wall. Over 15 ft later, they then had to get a custom fitting made, then also revealing our sewage line had also needed some TLC. We had to book another time for the sewage line, and they came at a very late hour (as we had a newborn baby), to snake it in the meantime. Once all was repaired, the costs were reasonable, and the crew were very pleasant. My yard, wall, and rock borders practically look untouched. Just

Just recently had a water line break in my more than complicated situation. The Special T Cleaning team did a spectacular job of tracking where my issue was without putting me through extreme costs. The time, care and knowledge that was brought right from the owner down to the employees was amazing.
