I bought a 2015 Yamaha Stryker from Trail Side, Rick and Kevin were awesome to deal with. The dealership is located about and hour from where I live and there are other Yamaha dealers closer then Trail Side and I will always drive to Trail Side to get what I need for my Stryker. I recently bought a snowmobile from another local dealer and I regret not going to see Rick and Kevin. I have experienced a no hassle shopping experience anytime I have dealt with them.

Trail Side Sports offers excellent customer service.
Our family was heading to Elliot Lake towing a brand new trailer purchased from a trailer dealer in Lindsay, Ontario. The dealer had failed to grease the bearings, even stating that they were greased at the time of purchase. During a rest stop outside of Espanola, my husband noted that the rims were smoking hot. We were five hours from home and the closest town was Espanola. We called Trail Side Sports and Gary told us bring it by. He proceeded to grease the bearings right away, and we were good to go. Would not take a penny! What great service

Ordered a couple "extra" parts from them. Almost half a year later cleaned up garage and noticed surplus. Called and spoke to Kevin. No receipts ,NO PROBLEM Kevin said. He took everything back based on their own records. Pleasant surprise. I felt really embarrassed and offered them 20% restocking fee all other STEALERS would impose. Not them. Really surprised. Decent folks.

Drove 4+ hours to get there for a used bike. Awesome service and everyone was friendly. The bike i had inquired about was washed up and ready to go right at the front entrance. Everything i had asked for they did. Great experience. Thanks to kevin and the rest of the gang they helped me pick the perfect bike for my needs he explained everything about the bike and answered all my questions. He had previously owned the same bike so he had real world experience. Will definitely shop here again
