Founded in 1994 by Dominic and Anne, they began their journey into the window and door market in Windsor and Essex County. Dominic grew up in Leamington, Ontario and majored in Architectural Design. With his architecture background, he started his first company Cobri, Construction. Cobri, Construction took on projects from home improvement and building envelopes, to get their foot in the door and learned the way of the market.
With Dominic's experience, he was dedicated to providing the best customer service, quality, and price for his clients. After developing the tools, Affordable Home Services was launched as a division of Cobri construction, specializing in windows and doors. This family owned and operated company has replaced several window at our home and did an outstanding job! We were so impressed that we re-booked them for an entry door. The customer service is second to none. The products are priced competitive. We did not find a lower price on 3 other window estimates we obtained. Installation was professional, neat and clean.

I ordered windows from AHS in December and it's been a good experience. In the beginning we were unsure of when we would get our windows because of the lockdown in February. I called and got an update and the girls in the office were helpful. hope people understand an empathize with companies effected by the pandemic and don't take out frustrations on them. We finally have an install date this month and will be excited to get them in. Will update after our install.

We had 3 windows and a patio door replaced by AHS and the windows, door and service are amazing. From sitting with the sales rep Brandon, getting help picking the right colour and having all of our questions answered to the install this was a great experience with AHS. We had some water danage and the installers replaced rotten wood with new wood insuring the problem was solved permanently. The respect they showed to our home using drop cloths and making sure you couldn't tell they were even there once the job was done was appreciated. We are very happy with the install and would absolutely recommend

Cody came to help quote my home this week, the reason I am taking the time to give a review when I don't typically review companies is that he went out of his way to help with financing and educate me on promotions. The product of course is the most important but the financing component is a large one that really proved that it wasn't about making a quick dollar. Cody was sincere and won my business over others in the area directly as a result of what the company stands for and follows through with. Would recommend to family. The sales person gave us an awesome quote for 10 new windows and 2 exterior doors right away. There was never any constant negotiations needed because they gave us the best price right away which felt Like a breath of fresh air. I did need to follow up a lot initially to get the ball rolling but once the owner of the company caught wind of it he made sure I was taken care of. He even came in before my windows were ready to frame a kitchen window for me so I could start my kitchen renovation until the windows came in. The installation crew did a good job: they got the job done in a timely manner
