The Renaissance nail salon is beautiful, professional and shows pride of ownership. My experience has always been a positive and happy one. I moved from Kelowna three years ago and we ladies know how hard it is to find a salon that meets our expectations. I have been told by previous salons that gel nails are not recommended for me because of thin and splitting nail beds. Well, Tereza addressed my problem and I have never looked back. Not sure how this place got 5 stars on service because If I could I would give them a neg. 10, but 5 stars on being rude!! I was walking up to book an appointment and the lady quickly snuck up and locked the door so I couldn't come in (How Rude!!) then when I looked in the door and she saw me she ended up opening the door ,, I guess because she was caught,, Not A Good First impression that's for sure,, I was hoping to get in to see someone that night as there was no one there and they had such good reviews (What a Joke that is) but was very rudely told she had someone waiting for appointment so

I cannot say enough good things about Tereza and Renaissance Nails and Spa. My first experience was before a photo shoot. Unfortunately I had a new staff member do the set, and the results were not acceptable. I called the next day, Tereza was incredibly apologetic and offered some time that same afternoon to fix them at no cost. After the appointment she also gave me a gift certificate for the next fill! Now there is a business owner who really values her clients. I loved my nails after that and have returned for a fill. Tereza is an expert in her field. Her attention to detail is appreciated

I am so impressed and very happy with the service my daughter, sister and I had yesterday! They were so nice and made the experience memorable for my daughter. I'm afraid I'm going to have to take her every time I go for a pedicure now! This is the best place I have been to for a pedicure in a long time :) Highly recommend!

I went and got my nails done here and they did such an awesome job! The owner and staff are super friendly and amazing to talk to. I showed Tereza what i wanted done and she did an amazing job and am so satisfied with how my nails turned out! I will definitely be going back again!
