My name is Darin LeBlanc, owner/operator of Spectrum Home Inspections. I believe choosing the right home inspector is the most important aspect of the home inspection process. A combination of technical education and hands on experience is the proper background for a home inspector to possess. I am no stranger to home construction.
Upon agreement of a time and location for the inspection, we will promptly meet with you in the driveway of your prospective home (or current home as we also inspect before you sell to help prevent any surprises). We will sign an agreement so both of us will know each other's expectations. Then we will begin.

Darin LeBlanc, the owner/operator of Spectrum Home Inspections, did the inspection of my home for the buyers. I was so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy, that I hired his company to do the inspection of the home that I planned to purchase. He is very thorough in his inspections and he provides a very detailed inspection report, with photos and recommendations.
You cannot do any better. I highly recommend that any buyers engage his services. It is money well spent, that you will never regret. He is very personable and he REALLY knows his stuff. If I ever decide to purchase
