Nice people but horrible service and quality of work. what was done looks like it was done by someone i hired off kijiji not a professional window company. every window they touched is now damaged. his… installers forgot a window the first time they came causing me to have to take another day off even though they had time to go back and get it the day off. after all these issues when i spoke to the owner on the phone he laughed at me when i said 100$ off wasnt really enough to cover me taking a second day off work and the damages his installers caused. after sending the owners pictures of

Very unfortunate to see these reviews for a company that has been around in the community for many many years. Our family has always done business and had a great result, even when Real owned it. Things haven't always gone smoothly but the costumer service is fantastic in house and the glass cutter clearly takes great pride in his work. A company that is good at what they do is busy for a reason, and to me they are worth the wait.

I called them for a quote more than a week ago. Someone came to look at everything and I have yet to hear a quote back. It's now been more than 10 days later and no one has called me back with a number. This is for sure a $4000+ job, and they seem uninterested in my business. Albion Glass got back to me super fast and with a great price. I definitely would not recommend Orleans Glass

One of their employees was quick to come over to our house for measurements and provided an amazing initial quote -all inclusive, however, every time we spoke to the company after that, the price kept going up and the upselling was unbelievable! Always saying that the added cost was "unexpected" and impossible to avoid even when it was. The order was passed and paid in April 2018 and as of today (July 3rd) we still have not gotten an idea when we can expect to have the doors we ordered installed. In fact my last email to the company on May 21 still has not been answered. I have given them 3 stars

These folks get 5 stars for their promptness, excellence in tradesmanship and the quality of their products. I find it interesting that HomeStars shows a 6.2 rating in the search function but when you go to their site, it tells you that Orleans Glass is not in their database. And you get a Page Not Found if you try to access the reviews (5) that it says it has. Shame! These are great people with great service and products. They should not be shamed with no backup.
