Sketchy workmanship and careless attitude as it relates to vinyl wrapping. Was there on a Saturday morning to have a couple small parts wrapped on my car. They did not take my car into the bay until 4 hours after the appointment start time. They finally pull the car in and get one of the parts wrapped in literally 5 minutes, then try to pass it off as a perfect job. Wrap was crinkled and wavy in areas and not cut properly in others…just a super careless job. Had to have them fix the wrap 3 times before it became acceptable. After all this they have the nerve to charge me the highest end of the

Absolutely a headache. I had a full wrap job done on a BMW 435i and requested the best detailing package available to be done. Let’s just say the overall process was horrible and the only thing that ran smooth was when I paid them. I’m currently still awaiting a final outcome and will re post accordingly.
• Bumper was wrapped in several times sections.
- not described at all or suggested when quoted.
• Rims, Lights & License plates not touched.
- customer asked for full detail package and texted prior to pick up to confirm. Etc...

Once brought my previous car here to get tints and wrapping done on windows and lights, no issues, great job. Brought my new car here for tints, brake caliber paint and a wrap on mirror caps and VW GTI badges, was not treated the same.
Worst quality paint job done on my callipers, very orange peeled, they painted all my bushings, my brake pads, and my bleeder screws.
For the taillight wrap job there were lots of bubbling and peeling happening, they chipped my paint and when I pointed out the poorly done job they told me it's how vinyl wrap works and goes away after a few days. For the wrap

Small update: after leaving messages they have yet to return my call or return my plate covers 3 days later. I expect when I bring in a vehicle it will be leaving with everything attached. No business has the right to take anything that is not theirs so they can put their tacky advertising on my vehicle without asking. They have no interest in fixing the problem so one star for them...sad excuse for customer service.
