Called DM Locksmiths to secure a problem door which would not lock. Dave was very responsive and came out within the hour. Kept me updated along the way. As it was a tenanted property this was vital to me as a landlord.

Dave was brilliant! Came within 30 minutes and not only fixed the problem in about 10 minutes (back door wouldn’t lock) but also went the extra mile to fix another problem without any extra charge. My back door now locks again and opens/closes like a dream where it had always been a bit stiff. Thank you Dave!

Called DM when our elderly neighbour's back door lock broke and she was locked out on a very cold late afternoon. They came within 15 minutes and managed to unlock the front door to gain access (this avoided expensive damage to the back door). The offending lock was then repaired in a jiffy. Excellent service and very careful workmanship - a really professional company.

TERRIBLE Service. The old gentleman was terribly rude. He swore infront of my children and said that I needed a man in my life while constantly making comments making me feel very uncomfortable. He then tried charging me $120 cash for the new deadbolt despite I offered to buy my own. It was an overall horrible exsperiance and I recomend them to NO ONE!
