It took a long time for our order to come in, over twice as long as the estimate. Even though it might have been beyond their control, there was no communication about it the entire time. We called multiple times and each time we just got a generic reply of "next week". The organization was lacking and even on the day of delivery, there was poor communication regarding arrival time and on the type of equipment they had to drop the items in our yard - it wouldn't fit in our backyard as promised so we have a lot of hauling to do.
