Mr. Kirkup's company was paid to survey my property in Beamsville On., however, it was not completed. I called and spoke with Mr. Kirkup four times over the duration of a year and still no progress was made to remedy the situation. Finally Mr. Kirkup informed me that if I wanted the job completed to my satisfaction that I would have to pay a fee; in additional to the original cost, (that was paid in full), at my expense. I refused to pay an additional fee and the job was never completed. However, he was paid in full. Mr. Kirkup did not offer up a reasonable solution and no compromise was ever made
