Nice modern hotel with all amenities. Great continental breakfast with a big, bright lobby. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with modern decor. Staff were all friendly and professional. Wifi is very fast, but signal doesn’t always reach rooms further down the hallways that well. The Pomeroy is now my go-to hotel in PG.

Booked a room for myself and my two kids, no problems! When arrived was asked to produce a credit card which I don’t have (by choice) and was given no other options. Lady at the desk was very smug with me and rude! I asked to speak to a manager and was told to come back Tuesday. (3 days away) When I asked to see their policy she could not provide it to me. I have booked many hotels without using a credit card. Was able to pay incidentals with debit or cash, but not here. I booked this for my daughters 4th birthday and because of the pool. Needless to say I left with two very upset children. Very

I've stayed in several hotels in Prince George. The sandman, the best western, the Ramada, the Travelodge, and the super 8. This was the worst and the most expensive. The room had not been properly cleaned. There was garbage in the cans, skittles and other food on the floor. The ceiling is high, but the room was small, giving an impression of sleeping in a well. The mattress is poor quality and is sitting on a cheap, metal frame that squeaks every time you move. To top it off, two people broke in WHILE we were checking in and were blatantly stealing from the lobby. Did not feel safe at all. The

Nice,new and modern hotel. Stayed one night on Sep 30,2021. Pool and hot tub looked cool but I didn't have time to try them. I was upgraded to a King Suite with 2 TVs, full kitchen and a living area separate than the bedroom. Hot Breakfast buffet was good with eggs, waffles, and other food items. Only negative was the AC in my room which seemed difficult to adjust, had it on 23 deg and still pushed cold air overnight.

Everything was amazing. Our suite was spacious and clean. Beds were super comfy. Our kitchenette was amazing and had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was fantastic - so many options and a good amount of variety for dietary restrictions. Stayed for three days and the whole time was fantastic. We came to town with a bunch of family and staff without being asked put all of our rooms on the same floor so that we were all close together. Made the stay that much better. The staff was all super friendly and attentive! Will stay here every time we come to town.
