Very friendly staff, great work, and the best price I could find in town. A lot of places will turn you away if you don't meet their minimum order, or they will gouge you with "set up fees", Torchy's won't.

About two weeks ago I was out for a beer when I noticed a large group come in wearing Rider Jerseys, they looked extremely authentic and looked as though they had been customize to fit each individual with a nickname of their choosing, now I've just moved here but I was astounded at how well made these were and I went over to ask one of them, with a smile on his face who told me to follow him and right around the corner there it was, Torchy's.
