BK Custom Coatings Collision Repair has been in business for approximately 22 years, 21 of which have been in the Brantford, Ontario area.
Our company is locally owned and operated by a husband-and-wife team, Brad and Karen Gingerich, from Brantford. Brad Gingerich worked part-time through high school in a collision repair shop during the 1980s. He continued after high school and signed up to be an apprentice, going to trade college in London, Ontario.

This was the second time I have used BK. The first time it was recommended from a local dealership where they send all their work.
I work in quality control automotive finishing. I have inspected paint, and automotive manufacturing assembly finishing for years.
The paint, and assembly repairs on both the collision repairs BK has done is amazing.
From the paint work BK did, to factory finish panels on both our vehicles, it was a perfect match.
I highly recommend BK for any automotive paint, and collision repair.

So pleased with the work BK Custom Coating did on my 2017 Subaru; on-time, and at estimate! Fantastic. A terrific job and I’m hard pressed to find any of the original dents or paint touch ups. Even my used car salesperson friend could find no fault with the work performed.
And wow, ….. you even took the time to vacuum and clean the interior! Greatly appreciated.
I’ll certainly recommend BK Custom Coating to everyone in the future.

Very happy that I found BK! They were able to fix a rust hole on my car that no other shop wanted to touch, and for a very reasonable price! I had discovered this small rusted area in the rear wheel tub of my 1991 Corolla GTS when changing my rear struts. The car was almost completely rust-free and in great condition, except for this small area. I believe the factory undercoating failed in the wheel-well, allowing water to get in behind and rot the metal.
I called many other shops, but as soon as I said "rust" they didn't want to touch it. I was running out of options to fix this hole on an otherwise

BK custom coatings is an honest body shop that ensures quality repairs everytime. I found BK through a motorcycle shop that damaged my bike during a repair. BK painted the complete bike for that shop and I have had all my work done there since. Having my bike damaged wasn't so bad. It lead me to BK custom coatings for all my bodywork needs!
