I have been to this business a few times over the years to get cell phones and road radio products . The cell phone representatives do not seem to understand current monthly plans and even when you phone telus first to arrange everything plan wise the Bondo girls still find a way to get it wrong and this usually requires 2 to 3 hrs in the store on the phone with Telus to correct the issues. I have purchased cell phones there 6 times and only had a quick in and out experience once!
