Who We Are Report

Dr. Kara Bonnefoy was raised in the beautiful Fraser Valley in Chilliwack, B.C. Her journey towards becoming a Chiropractor began as a teenager, inspired by a particular uncle whose love for Chiropractic and natural healing left a lasting impression.

Since that time, Dr. Kara graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2005 in Hayward, California, joining the over 40 relatives before her who have committed their lives to helping others through family wellness Chiropractic care.Dr. Kara is determined to help those in her own community of Chilliwack.

What To Expect Report

Your first visit starts with a thorough Health History. From there they will analyze your spinal ranges of motion, neutral standing posture, and perform scans of your spine using an sEMG to determine altered patterns of tension and interference in your spine and Nervous System. Due to the importance of being specific, they will not adjust you on your first visit.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Myself and my two kids see both Dr Kara and Dr Kaiden and they have been fantastic from the moment we walked into the office. We had experienced two car accidents within a nine month span and Dr Kara and Dr Kaiden have guided us through recovery with their knowledge and expertise. Highly recommend!!!

I was very skeptical going to a chiropractor, but my back was SOOOO bad. I had tried physio and message therapy, but they just seemed to make things worse. So I tried so Serenity Chiropractors. Dr. Aaron is amazing, very gentle to start and informative. We have set a plan in motion to help my back heal, and after a short time I am seeing results! Brianna is great at getting me in when I over do things and putting up with me changing my appointments to fit my busy schedule! I highly recommend them to everyone with an illness or injury!

Dr Kara is awesome at what she does! She listens to your issues and understands why the pain is happening. She offers advice beyond just making "another" appointment. She not only is a great Chiropractor but she is a great all around human being. I'm am continually impressed at how personable she is. Dr Kara makes me feel like we have known each… other for ages. She remembers my kids names, the stories I've told her a month ago, and all this while seeing dozens of other people and faces daily. She knows what she is doing and she cares about the people who come to see her.
