Compass Pharmacies Inc. was formed in 2012 with the amalgamation of Moffatt's Pharmacies, Kyte's Pharmacy, and Jarpharm Pharmacies. Moffatt's was originally founded in 1924 and is the oldest drug store in Halifax Regional Municipality. The Moffatt's name is synonymous with quality, professionalism, and integrity.

Compass Pharmacies are locally operated independent drug stores located in the Halifax Regional Municipality. As employers of over 100 staff, we have been serving the pharmacy needs of HRM for well over 50 years. Pharmacists can now provide an assessment and prescribe for Shingles and Urinary Tract Infections.

Like all pharmacies problems can occur. I have done through trial and error with this location that they mean well there may be one "Karen" working I am not sure . I will say they are doing better than they have in the past.

This has been our pharmacy for many years...staff are great ...although one stands out for me ...theresa in the pharmacy can tackle any issue and yield results.Without her many issues would not have been resolved.I sure hope you realize what a valuable asset she is to youre store.

I shop almost daily at this location in Eastern Passage . The staff are so friendly and Lorraine is the best ; their are so many nice workers there. I won’t lie I shop when there are things on sale and every Tuesday 20% off.

Staff here are very polite, making the experience shipping here quite pleasant. It has a reasonable selection and pricing, but the location is very convenient. Definitely worth picking up some small items here and saving a trip into the bigger stores as you would lose any savings in price due to the gas to drive there.
