I recently visited CFMoncton to complete my CF L2, it's an amazing facility, very clean, well organized, and truly exemplifies CrossFit Community wholeheartedly. Didn't get the opportunity to do a class but Kevin seems to have a good staff on board to provide exceptional coaching and lots of opportunities to attend classes. He's a class act and very passionate about the CF community he's built. Hats off to Ingrid as well, she seems to be the glue to keeping everyone motivated and excited to come each and everyday. I'd highly recommend CF Moncton to anyone looking to try Crossfit for the first time

I joined CrossFit Moncton in May 2021. I was hesitant because I'd battled lower back pain for almost 20 years, and from what I thought I knew about CrossFit, I believed that either my back wouldn't be able to handle it, or that it may even make it worse. Today I can say without a doubt that Crossfit is the best thing I've ever done for my lower… back, and for my fitness in general. My back pain is gone, after 20 years of xrays and scans and exams and rehabilitation, it's Crossfit that finally "solved" my back pain puzzle. CrossFit focuses on functional movements that cause your body to move

As soon as you go on you're made to feel welcomed. Coaches are encouraging and monitoring what you're doing, they made the rounds and give tips, corrections as you're working out. The members are also a huge part in making sure you're welcomed, smiles and hi's, how you doing, just make it easier to do all the things.
The level method truly helps… you know your strengths and weaknesses, and everyone's workout it just as hard and sweaty as the next one, even if you are doing yellow, and they are doing blue or brown.
I've been going for almost a year, and I recommend it to everyone who asks

Definitely one of the best decisions I’ve ever made was signing up with Moncton CrossFit. The coaches & the community are amazing. I’ve felt like family since day one. It’s not just a gym with members, they know everyone by name & welcome you to every class with a smile.
The workouts are hard but the classes are fun. Members cheer each other on & coaches cheer you on & you cheer everybody else on. It’s one of my favourite places to be.
10/10 would recommend💪🏻

When first signing up for CrossFit I was so intimidated. I am a plus size girl and I had just had a baby. I was nervous because when you hear about CrossFit you think of people who are incredibly fit and able to do impossible things. I showed up and began my classes and I was so impressed with how every movement was able to be modified for MY body. No one made me feel uncomfortable with what I couldn’t do. Another HUGE help was that at the time I was able to bring my son along in his carseat. If he started fussing for any reason the coaches would do anything possible to help me so I could finish

I'm into my second month at CrossFit Moncton now. The coaches I've met so far are very positive and motivating, easily the best experience I've had with a coach or instructor led training.
As an introvert, I'm not terribly comfortable in a gym atmosphere. The people who attend the classes are also very positive, upbeat and fun. It makes for a great experience. The encouragement from the other members and coaches helps a great deal when you're pushing hard to finish strong.

I have been a member at Crossfit Moncton for over 10 years and I am looking forward to many, many more years. I have been a member at CrossFit Moncton for almost 3 years and love it! The coaches are very knowledgeable and patient. I have also made some great friends there and have always found the atmosphere at the gym to be exiting! It is a fun place to work out and everyone is always so encouraging. Going is definitely the highlight of my week.
