Colon Hydrotherapy Cleanse Report

Colon hydrotherapy, often referred to as colonic, colon irrigation or colon cleansing, is the gentle introduction of pure filtered water into the bowel to trigger the behaviour of the bowel. This behaviour; a squeezing, undulating movement, is called peristalsis and it causes the contents of the bowel to move through the colon and out.

Salt Chamber Report

Salt caves used as a health treatment (speleotherapy) promote improved respiratory health. Elemental Therapies' Salt Room provides a simulated salt cave experience that is rich with imported Dead Sea salts. In fact, 2 tons of sea salt fills the room - from wall to wall and on the floor. Excellent staff, very friendly! Tara the Massage therapist is incredible!! It is very hard for me to relax, but her magical techniques always get me to the state of total relaxation. I dont trust anyone more. Forever thankful to Tara.

I just keep coming back. Karen listens to your body and goes for those tight spots. She can be as tough or as light as you need her to be. Welcoming and clean environment. Tried out many massage therapists and when I first got my benefits and she's the only one that I keep going too ! 5/5 Thank you for the pain relief!!
