Haxxess has become a drop off location for the Ontario Electronic Stewardship, a non-profit organization that leads a regulated recycling program throughout Ontario. As an Ontario Electronic Stewardship Service Provider, we're here to promote the recycling of all equipment - preventing harm to the environment and keeping electronics out of landfills.
Haxxess allows us to avoid hiring a full time IT person on site. We pay a monthly fee for them to monitor our entire network - and they give us a heads up before anything goes wrong. It saves us quite a bit of money. It's important that we have an IT professional who can make recommendations that will save us money in the long run.

I have been with Haxxess since the very beginning and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. In fact, I even sent my Mom to Haxxess for her websites :) They are extremely quick to respond to support emails and great at explaining complicated tech stuff to non-techy people (just ask my Mom). Love these guys. 10/10

As far as my experience with them over the last 4 years (& counting), Haxxess is second to none! They do more than their fair work for our company (in my opinion), always quick and quality work. They never use tech jargon that confuses, but helps me understand. Great personalities of the staff to help ease stressful situations. 6/5 stars.

Haxxess has always been very quick to respond to any issues I have had. I've always been contacted within less than an hour of my request which is so convenient. They always stay on the phone with me and work through everything to make sure it is working - I have never had to call back or get something fixed a second time in the past year I've worked with them.

Couldn't be happier with the service we received from Haxxess.
