Since 1996, the Zhong and the Gilman families have partnered to provide a warm welcome to each and every guest who chooses to stay at the Sherwood Inn and Motel. Our motel is located on Canada's East Coast in Charlottetown, the capital city of Prince Edward Island. Our central location is just minutes from the airport, downtown Charlottetown and Brackley Beach, which is part of the beautiful Prince Edward Island National Park.

The Park includes several pristine beaches from Cavendish to Greenwich as well as features such as camping sites and nature trails. We provide clean and comfortable rooms, an extended continental breakfast (in season) and plenty of information on entertainment and attractions that are available on the Island.

Ants..on our bed, room was dirty, Toilet wasn't. Working and they didn't clean it, floor wasn't very clean.we were so discussed.Our Vacation was a night mare.Nevet to go to that place again

Very close to airport.Walkable.Only 15 minutes.Clean room but noisy as the rooms are near a major street.Good price.Place to crash for the night.No restaurants near by.

The rooms are clean and adequate. I booked through hotels.com and have never had a problem. Confirmed 2 rooms in an email, when we arrived after a 2.5 hr flight and long line-wait for covid precautions, the person who received us was rude, short and adamant that I did NOT have 2 rooms. I showed him the confirmation email, he STILL didn't believe me. He ran the confirmation number. There are after all 5 of us adult-sized humans. I was ready to leave (we can't, after all, all stay in ONE room, with 2 beds) but he practically chased me to tell me no free cancelations. (HIS fault in not booking properly

Stay away from this place! Save your money, you would better off sleeping on the street. Room was filthy, smelled terrible, dead bugs on the walls, no heat and the icing on the cake, was a bloody knife under the cushion of the sofa. Last an hour before I left!

Overall, this motel is fairly good. The rooms are alright, the free breakfast sounds nice, though I didn't bother trying it. The staff are nice and the location is okay....it's good if you can drive but if not it's a bit unpleasent.
