My husband went today to try to fix his car fob, they took more than 2 weeks to get the key which I can understand for the situation, but has soon as the guy started to fix it, he had attitude and was rude, he couldn’t fix it and still he asked for more money, even if he didn’t do anything. The lady in the reception was very nice only this guy is very rude.

Needed to replace all locks at my residence. Staff at Lang Locks were courteous and efficient. Made recommendations based on my needs and finished waiting on me in under 1/2 hour. Steve came that afternoon to install them. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and CLEAN! He patiently made sure I understood how to program new locks and left his card in case I had issues. I highly recommend Lang Locks for professional service with a personal touch.
