I am very disappointed in Ethos. I have been going for years and have always pre-paid for my services (as is requested by them). I have always felt uncomfortable about having to prepay - I mean how often do you change your prices or packages!? The last time I went to book an appointment I wanted to confirm that I had my prepay balance and they said that I did not. I explained that I have always prepaid because they insist and they told me that I did not have a credit. I asked them to double check and had to follow up with them a number of times. There was no explanation offered. I was just told

This place is scam. I have never left a business a bad review before even if the experience is bad. However this place deserves it. Please do not go there! $1200+ for one session (total 6 body parts). This is 5 times the price you will pay somewhere else! Their own pricing sheet is $699 but they will give you fake reasons why it is more expensive. Please do not go there!

Katina went above and beyond from the first moment, literally. She found me a time slot that worked when no other spa would, and then proceeded to wow me with the best spa experience I have ever had!
Several months later, my skin is still clearer and more radiant than it had been in... well, probably decades!
