Pump My Tank is a customer focused septic pumping business based in Innisfil, Ontario. In 2010, seeing an opportunity to serve the residents of Simcoe County Mark Goodman and Harry Eisses started with a single truck and a vision to build a company that would be a leader in the industry and offer superior customer service.
With a little sweat and a lot of learning along the way the business began to grow and within a few years another truck was on the road. Mark ran a successful lawn care company called Enviroking for several years and that experience earned him a clear understanding of how to make happy customers by delivering speedy service with a friendly smile and being sure to explain the process along the way.

Excellent service! We had our septic tank pumped. I had both lids removed and ready to go. Upon arrival, Gerald advised me of a third lid which I hadn't accessed, after accessing that lid, gerald found a blockage on the inlet. We sure appreciate Gerald's knowledge and expertise, thanks again!

I generally don't write reviews but our experience with Pump My Tank was simply amazing. Gerald Robertson from Pump My Tank came out to our house to empty our septic tank. We are first time home owners and have never had a septic system before. He was tremendously helpful providing guidance and tips in how to treat and maintain the septic tank system so we can get the longest longevity out of it. There are so many tips we simply did not know and we are so thankful for them. He was there simply for emptying the tank but taking the time for educating us and going that extra mile really meant a lot

Oh my goodness! Well, Daniel from Pump My Tank came to our house today and he was the bomb! The last company we got to come empty the septic tank told me that I only needed to have one side done. Being septic newbies we didn't think anything of it and paid the full price. Daniel explained how the whole septic system works to us in detail and explained that both tanks are to be emptied. The last company ripped us off. Daniel was pleasant and took the time to do the job right and well like his grandpa taught him (if you're going to do the job, do it well). It's a good feeling when you feel you got

We called 4 septic companies today and not one of them got back to us. We called Pump my Tank and they were here within 2 hours. Gerald was very informative about our septic system and fixed our problem quickly and professionally. He was a pleasure to deal with! The bill was less than we expected. Thank you Gerald! We will definitely call again if there are any issues in the future.

We moved into a house on a septic system and recently had it pumped by Pump my tank on recommendation from our neighbour. We are sure glad they suggested Pump my tank, Gerald showed up and was quick but also really informative. He took time to share his knowledge and we really appreciated it. Pump my tank will definitely receive our business as long as we own our property.

We first noticed signs of septic system failure in the summer of 2019. As the cottage is a waterfront property, we figured the high water levels were impeding the septic performance. We took a "wait and see" approach as we heard financial horror stories about septic system replacement.
In the summer of 2020 the situation worsened and the septic system was unusable! Effluent overflowed from the buried access cover with every flush! Pesky water levels.... (we thought).
In early 2021, the water levels receded on Georgian Bay. We were flustered when we realized the septic system did not recover.
