Hours didn't match and I wasted my time driving to your location from the city. You lost a sale.

Had exactly what we were looking for, showed us some other options for comparison, made some small adjustments so the bike was totally ready to go, was very friendly and knowledgeable (has been doing this for 35yrs). My only regret is that I wasted time with Canadian Tire and Sport Chek before going to Reed's.

For a bicycle shop, this place has all sorts of bikes from left to right from all over the store. Sure it might be messy and cramped and jammed inside. But the folks who run this place know there bikes from the back of there hands and have decent price to sell a thing or two of bicycles and even spare parts. So to those who wish to find a vintage bike, modern or even the newest models of your desire. They might have the right stuff and have the knowledge to do so ^^

Great to deal with for parts and pricing is on point. Much better service than you get at some of the big shops in Edmonton.

Bought my first new bike there in 1992, and they have always treated me well. I like to go there to buy parts and other odds and ends that can be difficult to find in the big city.

My first and last experience. I tried calling to find out if I could bring my mountain bike in for service. No one answered the phone so I spent my lunch hour getting there. This was on a Monday. I asked if I could drop it off on Tuesday to have the fork seals replaced and if they had the seals in stock. I was told that they have most seals in stock and if they didn't, they could be shipped overnight. I asked if I could pick it up on the Friday and was told that shouldn't be a problem. I asked if they closed at lunch and was told that they don't. Next day, Tuesday, I use my lunch hour again to
