We had Stephane from Expert Steam cleaning come to our home to clean our wall to wall white Berber carpet in our basement. The home was rented and had stains and markings on the carpet from a trampoline and an indoor cycle that children had used during the pandemic. We were hopeful but not optimistic that the carpet could be cleaned and brought back to its original condition. The results were nothing short of a miracle, the carpet now looks amazing and very close to its original condition. Stephane at no additional cost came back twice to spot clean the deep stains. He was insistent on trying everything

I contacted other companies on line and asked for a quote. One company quoted $250 minimum and never heard back from the other one. I had a 5 X 7 rug and a few runners to clean and was so important since I put my dog down. So decided to call Expert Steam Clean and was surprised that someone had actually answered the phone. It was the expert rug cleaner himself Stephane. I was very impressed with his professionalism and lovely genuine smile. He even went ahead and cleaned my kitchen upholstered chairs. Amazing service and happy to say I will continue to use this company for all future cleaning.

Had a great experience with Stephane. Easy to book a time that fit our schedule (with a short wait,) excellent communication before the appointment, friendly service, and he went above and beyond the scope we had agreed to. I will certainly be using the service again in the spring for my cars, and likely more carpet and mattresses too. I have already recommended him to our neighbour, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone else I know!
