This place is super over priced and so much so that after seeing the estimate we assumed they were going to fix all the damage. Since we didn't know all the names of the parts we didn't know they weren't actually fixing the biggest issue which when asked they acted as though they were completely transparent about. They were not and I now regret not recording what had been said during the estimate/transaction. They continually stated they were professional but I have never seen a less professional auto repair place. I probably could have gotten the car fixed for cheaper at the Toyota

The tower was really nice and I had no complaints about him, but 1 month later I am still dealing with T.DOT as they are literally scamming me to the point where my Insurance company is getting their legal team involved. When I signed the towing expenses of $261

Had an accident on Spadina during a weekday in August.
Chris from Kevin’s Towing came by first. Very professional gentlemen, totally takes care of you and your vehicle. Highly recommend using him, very trustworthy.
We ended up going to the collision reporting centre in Scarborough.
Chris patiently wait while you fill out the paperwork.
Then we went to TDot Collision and they worked on my car.
Chandra’ s team did a phenomenal job, very clean work!
Worked with a gentlemen named Surya, very professional and polite, first class service.
Love how you have a life time guarantee.

PRIME Towing is in cahoots with these scamming SOBs. If you get into an accident, call your own Towing company and ignore all the trucks that arrive no matter how much they pressure you. If you can't tow it to an official government owned collision reporting center, tow it to your house. T DOT pays towing companies to tow it to their "pound" so that they can scam your insurance company for exorbitant storage fees and pressure you into getting the repairs done at their shop. In my case, upon release of my car to my insurance, they also scratched up the side of my car probably out of spite which

FRAUD....Simple just plain fraud. I was in a car accident, they towed our car and are not releasing it to the insurance company. We never signed any forms or anything at all, but they then forged a signature and form saying we authorized the repairs be done by them. This was a lie. If a tow truck driver takes you here please give them a big fat middle finger...I have launched a complaint with the City of Toronto to have their towing license revoked and we have filed a police report as well. The insurance company has engaged lawyers and is taking them to court, wonder why our insurance rates are

This place is a huge scam in cahoots with tow truck companies. Towing and storage cost $2000.00 to get my car out of their yard. These are insurance prices and should not be brought to the table as a person paying in cash or credit. They charged me for 4 nights when my car was there for 3 nights a $350.00 admin fee.....what the hell is that? Towing charges alone from Prime Towing was $1000.00 and another $1000.00 for storage. So if you are on an accident and your tiw truck driver brings you to T-Dot collision. Tell your driver to bring it somewhere else.

They're scammer. DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR !!!!!! they promised to take care of my car and stuff like that after the collision then they charged us like crazy for many additional fees. When we tried to talk with the front-desk guy and manager to explain the fees, they couldn't give clear explanations and just said they did not know with a very rude attitude, they just wanted to take money from our pocket. PLEASE STAY AWAY from UNETHICAL company like this one
